Mission Statement

Triad Theatre Company is a family-oriented community theatre and performing arts organization dedicated to cultivating creativity, imagination, confidence, and leadership through the transformative power of theatre.

We provide a nurturing and inclusive home where children, families, artists, and community members can discover their voices, develop their talents, build meaningful relationships, and learn to support one another. Through high-quality theatre education, performance opportunities, mentorship, and community service, Triad empowers individuals to grow both onstage and off.

Inspired by the strength, wisdom, beauty, resilience, and compassion represented by the Roman goddesses Minerva, Fortuna, and Venus, Triad Theatre Company strives to create a culture where artists—particularly strong, creative, and courageous women—are encouraged to lead, mentor, create, and make a difference.

We believe theatre can do more than entertain. It can build confidence, inspire leadership, cultivate empathy, strengthen families, and bring a community together. Our goal is to create a theatre family where everyone feels supported, valued, and at home—whether they are with us for one production or for many years to come.
