What does being a powerful woman mean to you?
Power isn’t about being the loudest person in the room; it’s about being authentic, knowing what matters to you, and having the courage to stand by it. There is so much strength in knowing who you are while still allowing yourself to grow, change, and be vulnerable.

What is something you have done, overcome, created, or accomplished that makes you proud?
I am so glad to have navigated my own mental health challenges and to now be in a place where I can support others as they navigate their own. I’m proud not only of the work I do, but of everything it took to get here.

Who is a woman who has influenced, inspired, or empowered you—and why?
I so admire my mom. She is one of the only people in my life who I can say with complete confidence has always shown up for me and for others, always—not just when it’s easy.

What is something you know about yourself now that you didn't know when you were younger?
I know now that I don’t have to make myself smaller to make other people comfortable, and that I’m allowed to explore my own interests, identity, and personhood. I spent a lot of my younger years afraid of not being liked, and I wish I had trusted myself sooner.

What do you bring to your family, your work, your community, or the world that you believe matters?
I think I bring a genuine desire to make people feel safe, understood, and accepted for who they are.

What is one thing you will never apologize for being?
I will never apologize for caring deeply or for being loud when it matters. I’ve spent too much time worrying about being “too much” to apologize for taking up space now.

What makes you roar?
Unfairness and injustice make me angry, but genuine enthusiasm makes me happy. I love it when people unabashedly share about their interests and the things they are passionate about.
